                                       Casein  acid

 Acid casein is dry dense or porous grain of any form, got from cow fat free milk by contynuous coagulation of the albumen containd in him under the action of suckling acid with the subsequent washing of clot in a stream and further treatment him on the equipment of continuous action for pressing, crushing and drying.

 Index of solubility - volume of a sediment at 1g casein, sm³, not more 0,2

 Conditions of storage: at temperature of air not above 25˚C and relative humidity not more then 85%. Expiry date: 12 months from the date of production.

 Acid casein is intended for the special industries, where he is used as basic or auxilliary tecunical raw material.
