Skim milk powder, sort "Standard"

    Taste and smell :   pure, peculiar to the pasteurized milk.

    Consistence :  homogeneous fine dry powder.

    Color :  white with a light cream shade, homogeneous on all mass.

    Physical and chemical parameters:

Mass fraction of moisture, %, not more: 5,0

Mass fraction of fat, % not more: 1,5

Mass fraction of protein, % not less: 3,4

Mass fraction of lactose, %not less: 5,2-3,9

Index of solubility, sm3 of a crude sediment, not more: 0,2

Acidity, ˚Т: 15-191

Purity, group, not below: 1   

    Transport container in net weight from 20 up to 30 kg: paper bags, not impregnated, 4 and 5-layered, loos-leaves bags from polythene.

    Product marking (the information on a label): the name and grade of a product; the name and address of the enterprise (the legal address, the name of the country); trade mark of the enterprise;  product ingredients;  product net weight;  batch number;  production and expiry date;  conditions of storage;  food value;  recommendations on use;  designation of current СТБ;  the information on certification;  stroke-code;  handling instructions: « Protect from moisture », « Protect from solar beams ».

    Expiry date and storage conditions: at temperature from 0 up to 20˚С and relative humidity of air not above 85 % in a clean and well ventilated room. 24 months from the production date.

    Direction of use: for industrial processing of food.

    Conditions of transportation:  the product is transported by all types of transport in covered vehicles in transport container. Special control at shipment.  Observance of requirements in placing, loading and transportation of cargoes.It is necessary to control integrity of container, presence of a label.

    Way of realization: wholesale trade.
